These are our terms and conditions. Please read them with care.
1...YOUR TYRE SIZE
The first thing you need to do before ordering is to confirm your correct tyre size, please check front and rear as many modern cars have different sizes.
Please do now refer to your handbook or any web sites claiming to know your size - the only way is to physically look at your tyre. If you do guess and order the wrong tyre you be charged £35.00 to cover our call out.
2... LOCKING WHEEL NUTS
Please check your vehicle to see if you have any locking nuts on the wheels.
Mostly, all cars with alloy wheels have this device. If you do have them on yours, please make sure you have the device to remove them. If you require any help then please call before we arrive.
If we arrive and you do not have the device to remove the locking nut, you will be charged £35.00 to cover our call out.
3...BOOKING PROCESS
Once you are happy with your selection and have ordered your tyres, a member of our customer service team will contact you to confirm the price/availability of your order and arrange a convenient time for fitting. If your brand of tyre is out of stock, a suitable replacement will be offered which may occur an additional cost.
4... WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CAN NOT MAKE YOUR AGREED BOOKING TIME
At tyres2u.co.uk we understand that problems pop up with out warning. All we ask is that you call us as soon as possible / or email us - preferably the day before, where we will be happy to rebook you for another convenient time
5... WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY YOU ARE DUE TO FIT MY TYRES
On the day of fitting, our tyre technician will contact you by phone to confirm when he will be with you. We will do our best to arrive on time but please be prepared for us to arrive within 45 minutes of the agreed time.
6... WHEN THE TYRE TECHNICIAN ARRIVES
When the technician arrives he will complete a visual check on your car to indicate any existing damage and ask you to sign some paperwork accepting this.
7... FAULTY TYRES
A faulty tyre will need to be sent back to the manufactures and tyres2u.co.uk will be happy to do this for you providing you provide us with proof of purchase.
Replacement tyres must be paid for and depending on the manufactures report a refund were the manufacturer has admitted there are grounds for a percentage refund then this will be passed onto you.
Please be aware this can take up to 12 weeks and is the process from the manufacturer and not tyres2u.
8... COMPLAINTS
At tyres2u.co.uk we take all complaints serious and will investigate all complaints. All complaints must be made in writing/email and must be made within 30 days of purchase.
9... ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR TO ARE STAFF
At tyres2u.co.uk we will not tolerate any abusive or violent behaviour from the public and rest assured that all incidents' will be reported to the police and were possible, court action taken.
10...PRICE MATCH
Price match only applies to the same make of tyre on a like for like basis and in stock and available for mobile fitting within 5 days. Proof of price match must be provided. www.tyres2u.co.uk reserves the right to cancel with out prior notice.
